Who owns Going Green?
Going Green is a trading initiative by social enterprise, Eco Shepherd Ltd.
Are invoices issued from purchases on Going Green?
Yes, an auto-generated email which includes a tax invoice will be sent you from Ecop Shepherd, after each completed purchase order.
Is Going Green GST registered?
Yes, Eco Shepherd is GST registered, and invoices include, which can be claimed back by your business under Office Supplies or Workplace Supplies.
Why are Invoices issued from Eco Shepherd and not Going Green?
Invoices are issued by Eco Shepherd because it is a legal entity and registered company, under which sits Going Green as the trading name for this initiative.
What does the membership fee cover?
Membership fees cover the operating costs of the Going Green. By having this membership model, we don’t need to attribute operating costs onto the products sold through the co-operative, which means that the prices of products on Going Green can be kept as low as possible and comparable to less sustainable equivalents.

We charge one set price for couriering, no matter how big or small your order.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?
We operate on a 5-7 days order-to-delivery cycle. This means that all orders placed from Friday to Thursday, are delivered to customers on the following Thursday or Friday. So, orders placed on Wednesdays or Thursday are most likely to have a 5-day delivery turnaround.
What happens if I lose my password?
There is a "forgot password" link on the login page (on the top right of the "password" box). This automately generates an email to your contact addresw, which will contain a link to create a new password.
How do we change the business details attached to our membership?
Click the "head" icon on the top left corner of the website. This is the link to the login page. After you have logged in, click the "head" icon again; this time, you will be directed to your Acount page. Click "Manage memberships" to change your business details.
How do we cancel our membership?
Membership can be cancelled at any time, by clicking on the "person" icon at the top right hand side of the website, and then click on " Manage Account". Cancelling your membership will stop recurring payments at the end of the duration of your current membership plan.
