Lyocell is sustainably made from the wood pulp of fast growing trees. With natural cooling properties and moisture management. This is a perfect option for a long sleeve breathable, hi vis work shirts while meeting all your health and safety requirements.

Not only is Lyocell great for the environment. It’s also more durable, comfortable and easier to wash compared to cotton work shirts. With no shrinkage in a hot wash and completely odorless. It can handle both a hard days work and a hard hot wash to get our any nasties picked up on site.

Brand's Sustainability Overview

All Loop Workwear fabrics follow sustainable production processes to reduce harmful emissions from entering the environment. The 100% recycled polyester fabric diverts PET plastic bottles that were destined for landfill into a practical second purpose. It also holds GRS (Global Recycling Standard) certification.

In just one order of 300 polo shirts, 5400 plastic bottles (that’s 190kg of plastic waste) are preventeed from going into landfill. Plus, they were all made via a no petrol production process.

Garment end of life is also a top priority for Loop Workwear. They have an environmentally responsible closed loop production process for biodegradable and compostable fabrics.

The production process for Loop Workwear high vis safety jackets and vests is low impact and at the end of a garment’s life, it can be returned to nature in just 90 days via composting.
